What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover).  We have a wonderful web based billing system so you will get emails with your invoices. Simply click on the link and you can pay directly online. We try our very best to be a green company as much as possible.

How do you bill me for services?

We make every effort to be a green company and we offer an easy online payment system. (It is easy to use and we love it!) If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we would be delighted to go over the billing system with you. We will email the invoice before service starts. Daily Walk clients are invoiced monthly.    

Can you provide an estimate?

Yes, we would gladly provide you with a quote for any of our services. We ask that you answer a few simple questions (under our contact us form) to give us a better understanding of your unique needs or email us at tlc(at)royalpetcareboise.com We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you have black-out dates?

We proudly serve the Treasure Valley ( 365 days a year) all year long without any black out dates. We do have a $10 dollar Holiday surcharge for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving.

What is your late payment fee?

The fee is 10% monthly after if the balance due is not paid within 30 days of the last day of service. We have a wonderful online invoicing system so we accept checks, cash and credit card payments. You can make a payment in the comfort of your own home quickly and in a secure manner.  

What is your Key Policy?

We require TWO copies of your key to be given in advance of service at our Meet and Greet. What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please let us know as soon as possible if things change with your plans. We understand things happen so just communicate once you know your plans have changed. We need to know by 9pm the day before service is to start in order to not be charged for the first visit the following day.

Are you Bonded and Insured?

Yes, we are a bonded and insured pet sitting company and will gladly provide proof of insurance at our complimentary Meet and Greet.  If anything were to happen to your pet, home or property you would be fully covered and protected. We are proud members of Pet Sitters Associates.
