How do you bill me for services?

We make every effort to be a green company and we offer an easy online payment system. (It is easy to use and we love it!) If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we would be delighted to go over the billing system with you. We will email the invoice before service starts. Daily Walk clients are invoiced monthly.    

Do you have black-out dates?

We proudly serve the Treasure Valley ( 365 days a year) all year long without any black out dates. We do have a $10 dollar Holiday surcharge for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving.

Will the pet sitter be bringing children along on pet sitting assignments?

No, we strictly have Bonded & Insured professional sitters take care of animals at all times.  We take the responsibility of caring for your pets seriously and provide the best quality service. No other animals will be in your home or anyone under the age of 18 to comply with our Insurance requirements.  

What is your Key Policy?

We require TWO copies of your key to be given in advance of service at our Meet and Greet. What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please let us know as soon as possible if things change with your plans. We understand things happen so just communicate once you know your plans have changed. We need to know by 9pm the day before service is to start in order to not be charged for the first visit the following day.
