If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we would be delighted to go over the billing system with you. We will email the invoice before service starts. We require TWO copies of your key to be given in advance of service at our Meet and Greet. Please let us know as soon as possible if things change with your plans. We understand things happen so just communicate once you know your plans have changed. We need to know by 9pm the day before service is to start in order to not be charged for the first visit the following day.
