Are you Bonded and Insured?

Yes, we are a bonded and insured pet sitting company and will gladly provide proof of insurance at our complimentary Meet and Greet.  If anything were to happen to your pet, home or property you would be fully covered and protected.

Professional Pet Service

What is your experience with animals?
Our experience includes working at the Los Angeles Zoo with exotic species, vet tech work in a animal hospital, and years of experience owning pets. All our sitters are bonded and Insured and have First Aid/Pet CPR Certification.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible if things change with your plans. We understand things happen so just communicate once you know your plans have changed. We need to know by 9pm the day before service is to start in order to not be charged for the first visit the following day.
What is your Key Policy?

We require TWO copies of your key to be given in advance of service at our Meet and Greet. If you would like us to pickup your key at any other time, or if you want us to return your key outside of normal service we do charge a $10 Key Drop Off/Pick-up Fee.  If you do not provide us with two keys (just one) we will gladly make an additional one for a $10.00 cost added to your first invoice.

   We do accept garage codes but not as the only way of entrance into the home. In our years of experience garage codes fail, loss power and we have to ensure we can reach your pets.
What is your late payment fee?
The fee is 10% monthly after if the balance due is not paid within 30 days of the last day of service. We have a wonderful online invoicing system so we accept checks, cash and credit card payments. You can make a payment in the comfort of your own home quickly and in a secure manner.  
Will the pet sitter be bringing children along on pet sitting assignments?
No, we strictly have Bonded & Insured professional sitters take care of animals at all times.  We take the responsibility of caring for your pets seriously and provide the best quality service. No other animals will be in your home or anyone under the age of 18 to comply with our Insurance requirements.  
Do you have black-out dates?
We proudly serve the Treasure Valley ( 365 days a year) all year long without any black out dates. We do have a $10 dollar Holiday surcharge for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving.
Can you provide an estimate?
Yes, we would gladly provide you with a quote for any of our services. We ask that you answer a few simple questions (under our contact us form) to give us a better understanding of your unique needs or email us at tlc(at)royalpetcareboise.com We look forward to hearing from you!
How do you bill me for services?
We make every effort to be a green company and we offer an easy online payment system. (It is easy to use and we love it!) If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we would be delighted to go over the billing system with you. We will email the invoice before service starts. Daily Walk clients are invoiced monthly.    
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover).  We have a wonderful web based billing system so you will get emails with your invoices. Simply click on the link and you can pay directly online. We try our very best to be a green company as much as possible.
What is your returned check fee?
The fee is $50.00
Can you provide references?
Of course, we will happily provide references at our Meet and Greet. Just let us know you are interested and we will provide you with a list. Contact US today to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet!
What do you do to prepare incase my pet needs to be taken to the vet?
We provide an authorization form you must sign giving us permission to take your pet to your vet. We collect animal information at our Meet and Greet.  We require all client to fill out important information in our Welcome Packet. If an emergency were to occur while your pet is in our care we would first contact you to ask what you would like us to do. If we can not reach you (no cell service where you are or your not available) we contact the people you have designated are your emergency contacts on your New Client Intake Form. Are you an owner operator? Who will be taking care for my pet(s)?

We are an owner operator local business serving the Treasure Valley.  Our professional experience, patience and love for animals is why we are in business. It is important to trust the person you are leaving a family member with, the security of your home and most importantly your peace of mind. We are professionals and strive to provide the best customer service. We do have trusted sitter that work with us to provide great service.

Our Emergency Plan: If one of our sitters is ever unable to care for your pet we always have a back up sitter available to ensure your pet gets the needed attention regardless of any human emergency which might occur.

We started serving the Treasure Valley, Idaho in 2010 including Meridian, Eagle, Star, Boise, Garden City & The North End. We pride ourselves in providing quality pet care for doggies, cats, rabbits, fish and any other litter critter you love.

We are all Bonded & Insured and have completed Pet First Aid & CPR with the American Red Cross. If an emergency ever where to occur with your scheduled sitter we always have another person available. Your pets will always be taken care of while in our care.
